This is an internal Model Context Protocol server for the Carolina Family Estate Planning team. To use it, add it as a custom connector in Claude.ai — there is no UI for direct browser use.
It exposes the firm's Cognito Forms organization: form inventory, form schemas, and individual entries. Entries contain client information, so access is restricted to allowlisted CFEP staff.
